At Alive & Kicking we want the legacy of the first Football World Cup in Africa to be thousands more balls for children, more fairly paid jobs and more health awareness through sport. All our work is carried out with those objectives in mind.
Priority 1 Alive & Kicking aims to complete a transition to a new accounting system across our offices, which is already allowing us to better understand our costs and will enable us to better report to donors.
Priority 2 Alive & Kicking aims to institute a common Monitoring & Evaluation framework in 2010 in order to inform us of how to improve our programmes and to better illustrate the impact we have in the communities we work in.
Priority 3 Alive & Kicking aims to have performed feasibility studies in 2010, in a number of African countries, with a view to opening a new stitching centre when funding is available.
