Alive & Kicking's start up funding was provided by the UK Department for International Development as well as from the friends of Alive & Kicking's late founder, Jim Cogan OBE. Alive & Kicking continues to be funded through the generosity of individuals, trust funds, foundations, corporations, NGOs and state institutions. We now have a growing group of supporters across the world.
Alive & Kicking's headquarters in the UK is dependent upon grants and donations in order to support our stitching centres in Africa. Alive & Kicking Kenya sustains itself on ball orders from the region and internationally, the largest of which has been provided by UEFA.
Whilst Alive & Kicking Zambia pushes for greater production and ball orders they are still supported by donations in the UK.
To find out precisely who has supported us and by how much please read our annual reports and accounts.
